What is your shipping policy?
We make items as soon as possible after you place your order. Please allow for one full week from the date of purchase to receive your order.
DOMESTIC
We ship with Fed Ex. Sometimes even through our best efforts, the mail the is delayed or cookies get broken. My mother used to say when a cookie brakes all the calories fall out, so enjoy all the more!
Do you have gluten free bakery?
Gluten free items where available will be designated gluten free in the item description. At present, we have no gluten free options available.
How do I order wholesale?

What is Laura’s Cancellation and Return Policy?
Thank you for choosing Laura’s Cakes.
To ensure quality service and mutual understanding, please read our policies carefully before placing an order.
1. ORDERS & BOOKING
All orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance, depending on cake type and size.
- Orders are only confirmed after payment is received.
- Last-minute orders may attract an extra fee and are subject to availability.
2. PAYMENTS
- Full payment is required to secure your order.
- Outstanding balances must be cleared before pickup or delivery.
- We do not begin production without payment.
3. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once production has started.
- Cancellations made before production may be eligible for partial refunds (excluding deposits).
4. DESIGN OF BAKERY PRODUCTS
- Our bakery products are handcrafted; exact replicas of reference images are not guaranteed, but we aim for close similarity.
- Minor variations in color, size, or decoration may occur.
- By agreeing to purchase, you agree to our creative interpretation.
5. PICK-UP & DELIVERY.
- Pick-up times must be strictly adhered to.
- Late pick-ups may affect quality.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Pick up or delivery options. If a customer comes for pick up, no delivery charges, but if the company delivers to you, the customer will pay an agreed amount based on location.
- Once bakery leaves our care, we are not responsible for damages caused by handling, heat, or transportation. We recommend that you freeze your cake for at least 30 minutes before trying to remove the packaging for shipped cakes. This helps maintain the decoration.
6. BAKERY CARE & STORAGE.
- Bakery items are heat-sensitive.
- Leftovers should be refrigerated when not in use.
We are not responsible for damages due to improper storage or exposure to heat.
7. ALLERGIES & INGREDIENTS.
- While care is taken, our kitchen handles all common allergens such as nuts, eggs, dairy, and gluten.
8. COMPLAINTS & CLAIMS
- Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of pick-up/delivery with clear pictures.
- Complaints based on personal taste (sweetness, flavor preference) are not grounds for refunds.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY.
